$27.00/hour (paid bi-weekly) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities
Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders. Qualifications
Must be willing and able to participate in on-call rotation. It is preferred that the ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property. HVAC certified. CPO certified a plus. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Seniority level
