We are seeking a dedicated Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at West Coast Tanning, Inc. The role focuses on sales performance, team leadership, and customer service in a dynamic tanning salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
Hiring and training Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
Maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients
Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Keeping the salon clean and organized
Managing opening and closing of the business
Handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Guiding customers through tanning equipment usage and troubleshooting first‑time questions
Attending off‑site sales and job training sessions as required

Hourly base pay starting at $21, with quarterly reviews for increases up to $25/hour
$800+ monthly bonuses based on store performance

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years
