Oversee all aspects of operations for two residential communities Lead, coach, and develop site teams to meet performance and service standards Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, and capital projects Drive occupancy, retention, and renewal strategies to maximize NOI Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, especially under NJ landlord-tenant laws Foster a positive resident experience while creating a culture of excellence What You Bring
Proven success managing large or multi-site residential communities (ideally 300+ units) 5+ years of property management experience or equivalent combination of education/training Strong leadership and team development skills across leasing, maintenance, and admin teams Deep knowledge of NJ property law and compliance Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience; certifications (ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, RMP) are a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
