Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dearborn, MI, for a Business Development Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new sales leads, fostering relationships with prospective and existing customers, and supporting sales efforts to achieve company goals. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and developing strategies to meet these needs while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset

Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is preferred
