Business Developer / Export Sales Representative - Estonia, Latvia, Scandinavia
Our client, a French group specialising in the design, production and distribution of high-quality industrial fittings and valves since 1965, is looking for a Sales Manager to develop its market in the Baltic countries (except Lithuania) and Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Sweden).
Responsibilities
Implement the group's commercial strategy across the entire territory assigned.
Develop a network of distributors and secure new contracts through persuasive communication.
Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to increase turnover.
Drive turnover growth through prospecting activities.
Explore new potential markets and identify opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Train distributors by organising tailored programmes and providing technical knowledge, product updates, and sales tools.
Write regular, detailed reports for management on actions taken, successes achieved, obstacles encountered and suggestions for improving commercial strategies.
Required profile
At least 3 to 5 years of experience selling equipment for the fluid sectors: industry, water distribution, agriculture/irrigation.
Passion for sales and distribution.
Experience in the professional plumbing sector.
Fluency in English and Estonian or Latvian or Polish.
