As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the driving force behind their growth – creating new opportunities by spotting potential, sparking conversations, and opening doors with future customers. This role is perfect for ambitious self-starters eager to break into tech sales, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and making an impact from day one. What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls, send personalized emails, and use LinkedIn to connect with prospective customers
✅ Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
Research target companies and identify the right stakeholders
Keep CRM records organized and manage an active pipeline
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Are comfortable with cold outreach and motivated to smash targets
Are highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
