Business Development Manager We’re looking for an

Business Development Manager

to join our Staffing and Recruiting team. Your hard work directly translates to uncapped earnings.

How You Will Contribute With your passion for sales, you’ll connect with businesses, showcase our staffing power, and close deals that drive growth. You’ll be key to expanding market share by understanding client needs and delivering top talent solutions.

Your Typical Day Includes You’ll connect with potential and current clients, understand their hiring needs, showcase how we can help, build strong relationships, and strategically manage the profitability of your business through effective pricing to close deals that grow us.

Your Responsibilities Include

Connecting and Growing: Build and nurture relationships with new and current clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our staffing solutions.

Driving Sales Success: Focus on hitting and exceeding sales targets, growing our market share, and making profitable deals happen.

Matching Talent with Opportunity: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure we find the perfect talent to meet client needs.

Providing Top‑Notch Service: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they’re happy and addressing any questions or concerns.

Working Smart: Manage your client database effectively, follow a clear sales process, and stay on top of goals to achieve great results.

Note: This is an in‑office position where the team reports into Randstad’s Canton, MA branch M‑F 8 AM‑5 PM.

Your Background

At least 1 year of proven sales acumen

demonstrated through either

direct B2B/B2C sales experience

or a track record of

exceeding performance metrics

in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (e.g.,

retail management ,

hospitality , or a service‑based environment).

Fluency in Spanish

is

preferred , but

not required

for this role.

Success in meeting client conversion & sales targets.

Previous experience using activity targets to deliver results.

History of qualifying, managing, and maintaining a database.

Proven record in negotiating pricing.

Credibility in client‑facing positions.
