Sr, GTM Strategist – Adobe
Join Adobe’s Integrated Go-to-Market (IGTM) team to advise senior leadership on strategies that drive market success and customer impact across all Adobe businesses and geographies. As a Senior IGTM Strategist, you will partner with sales, pre‑sales, product, professional services, and operations to design, recommend, and scale GTM programs that improve sales performance and reduce friction for internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market data, conduct interviews, and synthesize insights to identify high‑impact opportunities for GTM effectiveness.
Partner with sales teams to understand pain points in the GTM strategy and execution, and develop recommendations that drive sales performance.
Build and scale initiatives that unify SAAS and Enterprise GTM models across Adobe, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Lead engagements and business initiatives to improve IGTM methodologies, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and impact is measurable.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise marketing, SaaS, or GTM strategy experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Product, Consulting, or Pre‑Sales.
Deep knowledge of Adobe’s Experience Cloud or Creative Cloud and competitive cloud‑based experience stacks.
Intimate understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle, sales cycles, and key drivers of sales success.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to conduct research, analyze data, and craft recommendations.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working across teams and influencing senior decision makers.
Prior experience developing and executing GTM strategies with a practical understanding of execution tactics and technology.
Desirable Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Technology sales experience or consulting background.
Compensation U.S. salary range: $148,900 – $271,500 annually. Total target compensation for sales roles includes base salary, commission, and short‑term incentives; non‑sales roles include base salary and annual incentive plan. Long‑term equity awards may also be available.
