Must-Have Skills & Experience

Business Analysis & Requirements Translation

4–5+ years of experience translating user needs into functional requirements.

Proficient in

Confluence

(requirements documentation),

JIRA

(task/ticket management), and

Miro

(collaboration/whiteboarding).

Clear & Effective Communication

4–5+ years of experience collaborating with cross‑functional and globally dispersed teams.

Experience presenting to executives, leading requirement sessions, and facilitating decision‑making.

Cross-Functional Technology & Data Transformation

8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in large‑scale technology and data transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

Experience in media or entertainment environments.

Familiarity with financial, operational, or content‑related processes.

Experience in agile environments, working with product owners and delivery teams to define/refine features and user stories.

Knowledge of data quality analysis, clean‑up planning, and metadata alignment.

Strong attention to detail and data QA experience.

Senior Business Analyst

plays a pivotal role, working across product PODs and business domains to help users define, adopt, and evolve the processes and data structures that underpin next‑generation tools and analytics.

Operating at the program level, this role partners with business users, product teams, data leads, and platform architects to translate business needs into structured analysis, ensure readiness for system transformation, and support successful delivery across workstreams. This includes defining data clean‑up requirements, supporting process redesign, and facilitating program‑level insights that drive roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities Partner with Business Users & Product Teams

Engage stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and unmet needs across financial forecasting, content planning, and monetization processes.

Co‑lead future‑state process design aligned to product goals and platform capabilities, surfacing gaps, dependencies, and change impacts.

Facilitate workshops and interviews that focus on solving user problems rather than just capturing stated requirements, documenting business rules, exception handling, and operational constraints.

Lead Cross-Workstream Business Analysis

Perform program‑level analysis to inform prioritization, sequencing, and cross‑functional dependencies.

Work with product/platform leads to break down large, ambiguous needs into actionable user stories and backlog items.

Track open questions, process gaps, and readiness items, ensuring resolution across stakeholder groups.

Drive Data Quality & Clean‑Up

Collaborate with data owners and product teams to identify data quality issues, duplication, mapping gaps, and legacy structures.

Define data clean‑up requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation checkpoints. Support Communication & Change Readiness

Prepare clear documentation (process maps, decision logs, functional requirements, readiness trackers) to align business and technical teams.

Co‑create onboarding materials and lead enablement activities to prepare teams for new processes and systems.

Monitor user readiness and elevate blockers related to process ownership, data access, or capacity.
