Warner Bros. Discovery We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative candidate to support our licensed advertising business and help manage our social media accounts that drive licensee sales. The Associate is a member of the Global Brand Product team and provides support to both the licensed advertising team and the digital marketing team within WBD GCP. Your Role Accountabilities Draft and process deal requests. Use CRM to build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies. Schedule pitch meetings and manage all related logistics. Research intellectual‑property rights in collaboration with a paralegal. Create and share global sales materials. Track global and regional deals and provide regular updates to the regions. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and schedule visually appealing and engaging content. Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content strategies. Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages. Coordinate and follow up on asset or physical sample deliveries and approvals as needed. Assist in creating basic graphics and captions that reflect our brand voice. Qualifications & Experience Work Experience 3+ years of experience in the licensing industry, with background in consumer products preferred. Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred. Knowledge/Skills Fluency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Pinterest; prior experience managing accounts is a plus. Basic licensing industry knowledge with intellectual curiosity. Ability to take direction and assist the team in executing strategic and operational plans. Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of current social media trends. Detail‑oriented self‑starter, dependable, and optimistic. Well organized with effective and proven planning and follow‑through skills. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus. Strong collaboration and partnership skills. Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively cross‑functionally. Effective written and oral communication skills. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office required (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of productivity software (i.e., Airtable, Monday.com, Trello, etc.) preferred. Basic knowledge of Photoshop a plus. A creative mindset and willingness to learn. Ability to create pitch/presentations.
