Property Manager
to oversee our community. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can lead a service-oriented team.
The perfect candidate would:
Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Property Management and a strong aptitude in overseeing and directing operations of the community to meet the reporting, operations, budget and contractual obligations of the management agreement
Come prepared to join a busy property in Idaho Springs, CO
Bring their A+ game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task
Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal
Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner’s goal in mind.
Have outstanding customer service skills
Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
