Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the Los Angeles overseas warehouse (3PL/fulfillment) market. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and client network to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and build long-term partnerships with overseas warehouses, e-commerce sellers, and logistics service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market share in Los Angeles and surrounding regions.

Identify, approach, and build relationships with overseas warehouses, e-commerce sellers, freight forwarders, and other potential clients.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and client success.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for product and service improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, express/courier, or 3PL/overseas warehouse industry.

Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles overseas warehouse and fulfillment market.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China.

Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
