$89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and events (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.

Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies to propose solutions.

Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.

Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure the impact of improvements, and report results.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and ownership throughout the manufacturing facility.

Ensure the standardization and documentation of improved processes to sustain gains and prevent backsliding.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt certification).

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build a continuous improvement mindset across all levels of an organization.

Expertise in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis tools.

Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements from conception to sustainment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, simulation software).

Certification or deep experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.

Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or proven expertise in leading organizational change initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive financial models and business cases for improvement projects.
