Auto Business Development Center Rep. - Watertown, NY
Davidson Automotive Group is hiring an extremely talented and professional Business Development Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, internet leads and scheduling appointments. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. This is an entry-level opportunity.
Pay Range:
$40,000 - $50,000
Hours:
Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays. Day off during the week when working a Saturday. Closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls & schedule customer appointments
Communicate effectively with customers through phone, text and chat
Follow up on internet leads, inquiries and database lists
Research & respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
Make outbound calls
Access / update customer database
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
Confident and professional phone manner
Previous Call Center, Collections or Inside Sales experience is a plus
Automotive knowledge or work experience is helpful, but not required
Must have good communication skills with no phone reluctance
Strong computer skills
Ability to work independently
Time management skills
Self‑motivated and a desire to make a difference
Must have flexibility to work some evenings and alternating Saturdays
Must have strong computer and Internet skills
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Must have valid Driver's License
