Position
Hyundai Lake Country is looking to hire an Express Service Advisor for their growing service department. Sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates.
Job duties include determining automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms, clarifying problem descriptions, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, causes discovered, and repairs/services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.

Requirements
Experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
Equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
Motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
CDK experience preferred.
