Compensation Pay Scale: Base hourly compensation $16.50–$90.00 (depending on experience). Commission based on closed sales with no upper limit. Production bonus available based on individual or team performance, no fixed upper limit.
Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring prompt, courteous, effective service.
Take ownership of the customer’s experience and perform additional tasks that create a positive impression.
Provide concierge support for owner inquiries (phone or in person).
Ensure daily technician time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts and tools as needed.
Oversee warranty claim administration and supervise the service department.
Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications
Organized and friendly personality.
Demonstrated ability to manage others.
Time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with customers.
Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
Consistent record of service and sales success.
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
Team oriented and self‑motivated.
Able to work with little supervision.
Valid driver’s license and insurability by employer’s carrier.
