A consulting and training business dedicated to enhancing workplace culture and employee experience for SMEs in the UAE is seeking a skilled PR Mentor. The primary objective is to elevate the business leader’s profile as a thought leader in workplace culture, increase visibility in the UAE market, and secure media opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public relations, particularly within the UAE or similar markets, and a strong understanding of positioning brands as industry experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to increase visibility in UAE media outlets, podcasts, and radio.
• Identify and pitch compelling stories to relevant journalists and media platforms.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought leadership articles.
• Secure interviews and speaking opportunities for the business leader.
• Advise on brand positioning and messaging to establish authority in workplace culture and employee experience.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular updates on PR activities and outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in public relations, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong network of media contacts in business, HR, and workplace culture sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to craft persuasive press materials and pitch stories effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand positioning and reputation management.
• Familiarity with the consulting and training industry is highly desirable.
• Availability for remote collaboration, with flexibility to accommodate UAE time zones.
