Sell service work to customers while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Communicate technical terms to a non‑technical audience in a clear, friendly manner.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service operations.
Maintain outstanding attention to detail in all customer interactions and service paperwork.
Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience.
Polished and professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
