- Lead high-end commercial interiors projects for corporate/hospitality clients
- Own schedule, safety, and quality for fast-track builds across Palm Beach County
- Run day-to-day field operations for public-sector projects (municipal buildings, schools, civic sites).
- Build and maintain the look-ahead schedule; coordinate inspections and trade sequencing.
- Enforce jobsite safety (JSA, daily huddles, incident reporting) and maintain a clean, organized site.
- Conduct daily logs, RFIs in the field, and track submittals/deliveries with the project team.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings; verify work against plans, specs, and codes.
- Interface with Owner/Architect/Engineer, city/county inspectors, and school district reps.
- Manage punch lists, QA/QC, and closeout documents; ensure TCO/CO milestones are met.
- Partner with the PM on cost control, change order impacts, and schedule recovery plans.
- 7-10+ years as a Superintendent with public construction experience (municipal/K-12 required).
- Proven track record on projects from mobilization to closeout (ground-up and renovations).
- Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and public procurement compliance.
- Skilled in fast-track schedules and occupied-facility work (phased school projects a plus).
- Tech-savvy with Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, MS Office; competent with digital plans.
- OSHA 30; CPR/First Aid preferred. AHJ/inspector relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, field leadership, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
