Ideal for students in Sales Certification Programs, B2B selling internships, or Business Administration/Entrepreneurship degrees.
Job Description
Bring energy and enthusiasm to the office, collaborating with teammates and driving success.
Master outbound cold calling and prospecting with 100+ calls/emails per day.
Work with the sales team to book demos and close deals.
Handle inbound leads from web, email, or phone.
Keep the CRM updated with customer data and insights.
Adapt in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; final‑semester students welcome.
Comfortable making 100+ calls a day.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Desire to learn and grow in a coaching environment.
Healthcare knowledge is a plus but not required.
Self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
Additional Information
On‑target earnings of $70k uncapped; base pay $45k plus $25k commission at goal.
Mission – part of a company transforming healthcare.
Growth opportunities: mentorship and certified BDR academy promoting to full‑cycle sales in 12 months.
