Junior Business Development Executive/Account Executive
with
2–5 years of experience
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communications in CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience
in business development, sales, or client-facing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-driven, resilient, and eager to learn with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
