Well established insurance company seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, overseeing a diverse portfolio of accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring superior service delivery.
Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
At least 3 of the last 5 years in an account manager role.
Strong background working with contractors, including reviewing contract insurance requirements and issuing certificates.
Active Property & Casualty license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Experience with non‑admitted markets.
Willingness to complete continuing education courses (construction‑related, CRIS designation preferred).
Ability to work in‑office at least 3 days per week.
