What You'll Do

Educate and guide homeowners in selecting the best heating and cooling solutions for their needs

Conduct in‑home consultations, assess customer needs, and provide product recommendations

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers

Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities through customer outreach

Provide clear and honest pricing, ensuring transparency in all transactions

Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions

What We're Looking For

Experience in HVAC sales, in‑home sales, or a similar customer‑focused role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset

Ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner

Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with a drive to succeed

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Adaptable and comfortable with new challenges

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
