Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers.
Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with Texana Bank’s objectives.
Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network.
Maintain compliance with all regulations, ensuring no involvement in loan origination or point‑of‑sale systems.
Compensation
Base wages required.
Eligible for recruiting overrides based on actual recruitment efforts.
Compensation structure may include basis points (bps) on designated/recruited production.
Optional Compensation Cap applies.
Status & Compliance
Part‑time position.
Hourly, non‑exempt.
