Base pay range $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Overview Be part of a team that prepares fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. Responsibilities
Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and assist customers according to company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Value the member experience in the meat area; model high-quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply related action plans; use the Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply for certain schedules or work performed.
