We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager with 5+ years in commercial property management and leasing. Proven in achieving budgeted financial results and ensuring superior asset management, the ideal candidate is skilled in strategic planning, tenant relations, and policy compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, MRI, and AVID is required, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Team on leading MPC asset operations, achieving budgeted results.

Manage day-to-day operations, including accounting, leasing, and maintenance.

Coordinate property marketing, advertising, and networking.

Act as the point person for leasing, ensuring MPC policy compliance.

Lead customer service, tenant retention, and expansions.

Conduct weekly property inspections for compliance and aesthetics.

Coordinate tenant activities, budgets, and legal executions.

Monitor vendors and ensure compliance with standards.

Prepare annual C.A.M. reconciliations and budgets.

Qualifications

5+ years in commercial property management, leasing, and marketing.

Valid state driver's license: up to 50% of the work week may be spent driving.

RPA and/or CPM desirable.

Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise Grounds Maintenance Technician and Supervisor.

Respond to inquiries, provide guidance, participate in hiring and termination.

Ensure workplace compliance, risk assessment, and health/safety.
