Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative based in Nashville, TN, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales opportunities. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and fostering positive business relationships
Expertise in Sales and Business Development to create strategies and close deals effectively
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and general office software; prior experience in the equipment rental industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
