Role Summary: We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented

Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our Houston-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and technology who thrives on prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving pipeline growth. The BDR will play a crucial role in supporting our growing team of five sales reps and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential customers within the unified communications market, focusing on Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams Calling opportunities. Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our solutions and schedule meetings for the sales team. Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet criteria for handoff to sales representatives. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies for key accounts. Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and progress in CRM (e.g., HubSpot). Stay informed about unified communications trends, Microsoft Teams technologies, and our product portfolio to effectively communicate value to prospects. Work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience

in a sales or business development role, preferably in unified communications, IT, or technology solutions. Familiarity with

Microsoft Teams Rooms

and

Teams Calling

is a strong plus. Proven ability to research and connect with prospects in a professional and engaging manner. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting and exceeding activity targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling outreach messages. Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
