Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners to generate new business and repeat sales.
Develop and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and project inquiries.
Work closely with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth communication and project handoffs.
Keep track of project details, timelines, and follow-ups.
Identify and track sales metrics and market trends, providing insight into customer needs, competitive activity, and opportunities for product/service expansion.
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations clearly and professionally.
Represent the company at industry events, home shows, and networking functions to grow brand awareness.
Support marketing initiatives by sharing customer insights, success stories, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.
Lead and support the cabinetry and selections team to maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within cabinetry, construction, or home design industries.
Strong understanding of cabinetry products, finishes, and installation process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Skilled at managing multiple projects, leading a small team, and driving sales.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in cabinet design software (e.g., 2020 Design, or similar) a plus.
