Relationship Manager

Join RTO National to build strategic, consultative relationships within our active dealer base and grow sales volume for the company. Responsibilities

Communicate with Customer Onboarding Specialists to assist with dealer funding issues. Communicate with Regional Sales Manager to effectively service dealers. Train newly signed dealers on the RTO deal submission and funding process. Create and maintain relationships with new and current dealers. Build consultative relationships. Increase deal volume. Continue dealer development and training. Closely monitor active dealer activity to identify training opportunities. Field inbound calls to assist dealers in the submission and funding process. Document all dealer interactions for reference. Qualifications

Knowledge of consultative sales process. Solutions based thinking. Account Management. Highly adaptable. Preferred Qualifications

2 years of sales experience and 1 year of account management experience. Background check and drug screening required. Only job-related convictions will be considered and will not automatically disqualify the candidates.
