Job Description - Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and trades to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Monitor site compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate regular site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction-related challenges efficiently.
- Ensure accurate documentation of project progress and site activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site at all times.

The Successful Applicant The successful Assistant Superintendent will have:
- 3-5 years of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects.
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.
