Successful Allstate Agency owner Jared Burns‑Coffin is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value‑based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed

Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross‑selling existing customers

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day

Requirements

Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

Proactive in problem solving

Dedicated to providing a professional customer experience

Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

Ability to multi‑task

Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (with occasional evening and weekend client appointments).
