Senior Project Manager – Water Division
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Water Division in Salt Lake City, UT. Walsh is looking for Senior Project Managers who can facilitate the work of others. Someone who feels a strong sense of ownership over both the process and the results. Responsibilities
Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects
Actively participate in the design and execution of project safety and quality control activities
Assume responsibility for project staffing and budgetary controls
Assist in the bid package development, pre‑qualification activities, and budget preparation
Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate answers to RFIs
Lead efforts to analyze risk and define schedule related issues, including analysis of long‑lead materials or equipment which may impact cash flow
Maintain relationships with customers
Analyze and present project delivery approaches, develop alternative approaches and facilitate implementation
Oversee project close‑out and claim resolution
Serve as the primary contact for senior leadership relative to critical business initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience
Skillful in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships
Specific roles may require relocation
