This is a remote position that may be hired in multiple markets across the United States.
The Senior Digital Product Analyst reports into the Personal & Business Banking Product Team within the Enterprise Digital Function. The Enterprise Digital Team is an enterprise-wide organization that enables FCB's business strategy by producing the vision and execution of the bank's engagement of clients and associates across their digital journey, from onboarding to servicing. The Digital Team works with cross-functional teams across the bank to facilitate the delivery and enablement of these digital journeys, bringing the bank's vision to life and delivering improved outcomes, including increased revenue, operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and customer growth and retention.
The Personal & Business Banking team is responsible for product development and management over the Digital Banking capabilities across the Consumer, Wealth and Small Business customer segments, consisting of an extensive set of online and mobile servicing capabilities ranging from Online Wire and ACH Origination to P2P Payments and Address Changes offered to all account holders.
The Sr Digital Product Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and research to support the development and optimization of digital products. This role works closely with product managers, core product managers and cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and drive data-informed decision-making in the product development process.
This role will review customer feedback, quantitative analysis, and market trends to facilitate development of a product. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation. Suggests enhancements, monitors customer experience, ensures use of best practices, minimizes risk and abides by regulations.
Responsibilities Product Analysis and Research (35%)
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in partnership with the Customer Insights and User Experience Design team
Analyze user behavior data and product metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and test hypotheses to validate early assumptions about product features
Support the creation and refinement of user personas and journey maps
Data-Driven Insights (25%)
Leverage experimentation and analytics to validate product changes
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform product strategy and prioritization
Define dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with the Digital Analytics team
Product Strategy Support (20%)
Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategy documents
Contribute to the prioritization of product features based on data-driven insights
Support the definition of product requirements and user stories
Stakeholder Collaboration (15%)
Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver solutions into the market
Present findings and analysis to various stakeholders, including senior leadership
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on product positioning and go-to-market strategies
Continuous Learning and Improvement (5%)
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital product management
Continuously improve analytical skills and knowledge of product development methodologies
Contribute to the development of best practices for product analysis within the team
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Product Management

The base pay for this position is generally between $84,900 and $115,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, locations, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
