Job Duties As a District Manager, you will oversee the performance of your regional sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and alignment with company objectives. Through regular field visits, you will provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Partnering with team members you will develop strategies to close more strategic sales opportunities and directly contribute to regional revenue growth. You will facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and sales planning sessions to address challenges, identify opportunities, and drive consistent progress. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent to maintain a dynamic and successful team. You will monitor team activity, track performance metrics and ensure effective execution of the sales process. As a key liaison between regional teams and senior leadership you will provide valuable insights to shape sales strategies and contribute to the company’s success.

During your training, you will work closely with your Director to master the sales process, utilizing the Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing. This dynamic role is ideal for a leader who thrives on developing others, achieving results, and driving growth in a competitive and rewarding environment.

Additional Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the team to prospect clients.

Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.

Responsible for making sure the team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.

Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.

Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

18 years of age or older

Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment

Live in area relative to job posting location

Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

3+ years of Sales and Leadership experience
