Financial Representative Our teams connect! We collaborate onsite and have a hybrid work arrangement. All candidates must live near one of our centers of excellence:

PRIMARY PURPOSE To calculate employee benefit overpayments; and to obtain reimbursements from over‑paid disability and worker's compensation cases.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures compliance with established recovery procedures and standards.

Maintains quality control.

Conducts periodic file reviews of team members' files.

Provides payroll administration services for claimants receiving payments from outside of company systems.

Coordinates recovery activity on assigned cases.

Refers cases to collection agencies as applicable.

Notifies employees verbally and in writing of claim overpayments.

Responsible for manual calculations of employee benefit overpayments.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.

Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as required.

Experience : Three (3) years of financial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims management experience preferred.

Skills & Knowledge :

Good knowledge of claims management

Technical knowledge of recovery requirements

Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills

PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Analytical and interpretive skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Good judgment and discretion skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.

Mental Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work‑related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Computer keyboarding, travel as required.

Auditory/Visual Hearing, vision and talking.

NOTE Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position.
