CROSSMARK’s Part‑time employees are paid weekly and are eligible to participate in our 401K retirement plan. Employees working a minimum of 10 hours a week are eligible for group voluntary benefit offerings. The benefits package does include a limited medical plan with optional coverage for vision and dental plans.
