Responsibilities
Ensure primary prevention education and skill building of two or more behaviors are implemented as designed, monitored for fidelity, and evaluated in accordance with DoD and Air Force guidance.
Ensure program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and directives associated with mandated administrative support programs.
Support the Installation Community Action Team (CAT) in executing established initiatives.
Perform clerical and administrative work in support of the program(s).
Accomplish professional development and maintain technical proficiency.
Plan, organize, and direct the activities of integrated prevention, ensuring that installation prevention efforts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Represent integrated prevention with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Manage all aspects of a complex integrated prevention program for the installation.
Conditions of Employment
U.S. Citizenship required.
Male Selective Service registration required.
Salary varies by location; GS 9–15; $52,205–$162,672 per year.
Full‑time; competitive; promotion potential.

Qualifications Basic requirements: A behavior or social science degree or related discipline; or four years of appropriate experience. Submissions of transcripts required. Specialized experience: One year at next lower grade GS‑07 or equivalent for GS‑09; one year at next lower grade GS‑09 for GS‑11; one year at next lower grade GS‑11 for GS‑12; one year at next lower grade GS‑12 for GS‑13; one year at next lower grade GS‑13 for GS‑14; one year at next lower grade GS‑14 for GS‑15.
GS‑09: One year of specialized experience at GS‑07 or equivalent; or 2 years progressive graduate education leading to master’s degree.
GS‑11: One year of specialized experience at GS‑09 or equivalent; or 3 years progressive graduate education leading to Ph.D. degree.
GS‑12: One year of specialized experience at GS‑11 or equivalent.
GS‑13: One year of specialized experience at GS‑12 or equivalent.
GS‑14: One year of specialized experience at GS‑13 or equivalent.
GS‑15: One year of specialized experience at GS‑14 or equivalent.
