Overview
Disaster Restoration Technician for ServiceMaster by FES at ServiceMaster Restore®. This role involves performing water, fire, mold, sewage, board-up and cleaning services with direction from the Mitigation Manager. On-call rotation for 24-hour emergency services is required, with after-hours pay and bonuses. Lead water restoration jobs and supervise/coordinate technicians Meet with and advise customers Water extraction and content manipulation Drive and maintain company vehicles; equipment placement/maintenance Monitor materials and equipment; ensure workplace safety Demolition and on-site data collection (photos, etc.) Operate company apps/programs Maintain warehouse and company trucks; ensure PPE and proper PPE usage Assist with on-call rotations and respond to 24/7 emergencies Complete other duties as needed Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience preferred in Construction and Demo and Water Restoration IICRC certifications in WTR, ASD and AMRT preferred; training and certification available for the right candidate Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check Strong communication and time management skills; construction experience is a plus IICRC continuing education credits provided and paid for by the company Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour Weekly pay; emergency bonuses; cell phone stipend; paid holidays and vacation Bonuses, PTO; paid time off after 1 year Company-paid IICRC classes, certifications, and renewals Benefits: paid time off, holiday pay, overtime opportunity, PPE pay Uniforms provided Other Details
