Bulgari Italia S.p.A., within the Wholesale JWA team, based in

Rome , is searching for an

Area Sales Executive . The selected candidate will sustain the development of the

Wholesale

and

Franchisee

business for national and international markets. Implement the

right strategies

in terms of network and commercial objectives, contributing to the achievement of the established

sell-out

targets and of overall

business profitability . Ensure that mono- and multi-brand stores are well-organized and equipped to provide proper

brand representation .

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure the implementation of the

commercial strategy guidelines

(based on a “sell-out” target approach) within the assigned channels;

Support the definition and presentation of a sustainable

commercial plan , summarizing the business goals, key strategies, and expected outcomes;

Support the development of the business by exploring new opportunities in terms of locations and nurturing existing relationships with Business Partners;

Regularly reviewing the commercial plan ( Continuous Improvement

approach), leveraging client feedback and market changes to keep the plan dynamic and responsive;

Optimize the commercial performance of

existing locations

by capitalizing on all available levers for growth;

Perform

competitors’ benchmarking

within the area of responsibility;

Perform

periodic analyses , presentations for the management, and monitor

Business Partners’ KPIs

(sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, stock quality, and level);

Attend

BPs'dedicated events , select the right BP audience, and place orders effectively;

Support BPs in marketing and communication

activation

activities in-store;

Facilitates effective

cross-functional collaboration

with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless

Brand integration

and

consistent execution

across all channels;

Work closely with local merchandising and visual merchandising to ensure that in-store stock and product display are consistent with the DOS world and always optimal;

Ensure Franchisees are aligned with the Brand identity, monitoring the correct implementation of

Retail guidelines

(e.g., on selling experience, grooming, CRM, gifting, VM) and activating corporate stakeholders in case of a mismatch.

REQUIREMENTS

At least

4-5 years

of experience

Proven

ability to track, analyse, and interpret

data

(sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, inventory levels, payments, returns, and order portfolio) to optimize daily operations and drive business decisions

Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury sector

Knowledge of the

relevant market

is preferable

Product

knowledge

will be considered a plus

Proficiency in Italian and English

Knowledge of

IT applications

(MS Office, Power BI)

This role requires

travel

domestically and internationally

up to 60% of the time
