Terminix of the Triad is hiring a
Full-Time Field Sales Consultant
to support our growing Greensboro territory. This is an outside, commission-based sales role with typical annual earnings of
$53,000-$70,000
for motivated performers.
As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll take a consultative approach to helping homeowners protect their properties. You'll manage incoming leads while also proactively developing new business through field activity, referrals, and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner
Proactively generate new sales opportunities through field activity, referrals, and networking
Conduct in-home and on-site inspections
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals
Follow up via phone and email to close opportunities
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven role
Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter-minded approach to sales
