ZSI is seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead our dynamic field team in delivering top-tier commercial carpentry work. If you're a skilled leader with a passion for craftsmanship, safety, and team development, we want to hear from you.
Your Role:
Direct supervision of onsite carpentry staff
Enforcing safety and quality standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies
Managing materials, subcontractor coordination, and daily task planning
Tracking crew hours, productivity, and project progress
Partnering with superintendents to ensure seamless project execution
? What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED (Trade school/apprenticeship a plus)
3+ years of experience as a Foreman in commercial carpentry
Strong blueprint reading skills
OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Lift/Lull/Boom certifications preferred
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor crews
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Bilingual a plus
