Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generate new business for ESC by managing all aspects of a sales pipeline: prospecting, initial meeting/discovery, coordination of tech demo(s), proposal preparation and presentation, closing sale. Display a consultative approach to generating business by developing an understanding of the unique needs of potential clients and proposing appropriate solutions to meet their needs. Develop & maintain long-term business relationships with decision makers within ESC’s ideal client profile, along with centers of influence and referral partners. Develop & maintain a strong understanding of all ESC service lines and the industry. Qualifications
3-5 years of solution-based and/or consultative business development experience, industry experience preferred. Consultative approach with the ability to identify client business challenges and present appropriate, customized solutions. Polished & persuasive written/verbal communication skills. Active listening skills. Ability to engage individuals at all organizational levels, from executive leadership to frontline staff. Ability to influence and gain buy-in from business decision makers. Exceptional customer service skills. Availability to travel within the WNY area. Benefits
