DIGITAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST – KLTV Tyler, TX

Gray Media – a leading multimedia company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and a national owner of top‑rated local television stations and digital assets, is seeking a dedicated Digital Performance Analyst for its flagship station KLTV (ABC) in the Tyler/Longview market.

Job Summary The Digital Performance Analyst is a critical member of the Sales team responsible for translating complex digital concepts into actionable, business‑focused value. The role requires strategic insight across digital products and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Wide Orbit, OMS) and the ability to provide clear ROI and attribution reporting to client‑facing teams.

Duties / Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on KLTV's digital suite of products, platforms, and attribution tools.

Provide client‑facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices to address evolving client needs.

Translate technical product features and performance data into clear, business‑focused value propositions.

Deliver reporting and attribution insights that connect digital activity to ROI and measurable results.

Stay current on digital trends and tools to provide client‑facing teams with the latest industry information.

Support platform access, campaign tracking, and implementation where technical expertise is required.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions.

Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, BI Tools and digital platforms such as Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client‑ready insights.

Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively.

Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement.

Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
