Job Overview This senior advisor, also known as “Commercial Banking Relationship Manager,” is part of FNBO’s community banking division located in Fort Collins, CO. The Relationship Manager focuses on delivering strategic advice and value to a portfolio of managed business customers while enabling customer growth and retention.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with commercial loan/deposit customers, typically with relationships generally exceeding $250,000.
Acquire new business relationships and grow existing portfolio through cross‑sell of commercial loans, deposits and fee‑income products.
Provide consultative advice and value to customers’ financial needs, leveraging technology and tools.
Collaborate with internal product partners and referral sources (attorney, accountants, etc.).
Ensure compliance with bank policy, BSA/AML and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5+ years of successful commercial lending relationship management experience.
Strong customer and people relationship skills.
Proven experience prioritizing multiple customer relationships.
Unrestricted work authorization.
Compensation Base pay range: $88,067.00 – $145,309.00. Final compensation offer may vary based on experience and skills.
