Role Description To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers. You will also collaborate closely with Aderant’s Sales teams to align on strategic outbound initiatives that drive pipeline growth and ensure a unified go-to-market approach. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging AI tools and automation to elevate daily tasks, improve efficiency, and personalize outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Execute on outbound calling campaigns.
Use prospecting strategies, including phone calls and emails, to lead initial outreach to prospects.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Aderant’s Sales teams to align on strategic outbound initiatives, ensuring coordinated outreach and shared insights that drive pipeline growth.
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
Determine the prospect's interest(s) in Aderant’s products and services.
Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects and schedule follow‑ups with Account Executives.
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance daily prospecting efficiency, data accuracy, and engagement personalization — with a passion for experimenting and learning how AI can elevate performance.
Stay up to date on product offerings, services, and pricing/payment plans.
Update and maintain prospect data to support the sales process.
Regularly report out results to Marketing and Sales leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least one year of professional experience.
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Excellent communication skills include phone, writing, and listening.
Self‑starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
Understanding of the legal industry and/or SaaS technology.
