and help grow our sales team. DeLeers is a leading design‑build general contractor specializing in commercial properties and high‑end residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and build relationships with new business clients.
Advise customers on building design, layout, and services.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and in‑house pre‑construction and estimation teams.
Coordinate project agreements and manage a longer sales process that may span several months.
Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling commercial construction design/build services.
Prior commercial construction project management experience.
Experience selling commercial construction services.
Hands‑on construction trade experience (e.g., carpenter) preferred, but not required.
Hunter mentality with the drive to seek out new business.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
