The MedTech will also encourage socialization and participation in community activities. Qualifications of a MedTech: High school diploma preferred. Min 1-2 years worked in assisted living, not boarding care. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for (sometimes) a long period.
