United Auto Exchange is a one-of-a-kind dealer auto auction offering a wide range of vehicles. Our team is passionate about what we do, and we take pride in having a dynamic, friendly environment. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gate Check-In Attendant to manage vehicle and personnel access at our auction facility. This role is critical to maintaining security, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Check all vehicles in and out as they enter and exit the auction property Verify vehicle information and ensure accurate logging of entries and departures Monitor gate activity to ensure all procedures are followed Ensure gates remain secure at all times Confirm that only authorized personnel and vehicles are allowed on the premises Communicate effectively with auction staff, security, and management Report any discrepancies, incidents, or unauthorized access immediately Other duties as defined and assigned by the Manager Full benefits, paid time off, and 401K eligibility. This position starts at $15-16/hour, M-F work schedule. Required Experience: Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred At least 21 years old with a Valid Driver's License Ability to drive vehicles with standard or automatic transmission Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow established procedures consistently Professional demeanor with strong communication skills Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced environment Prior security, gate, or access control experience is a plus (but not required) Commitment to providing great customer service Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping regularly Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Keyword: Vehicle Check-In Clerk From: United Recovery and Remarketing
