As an Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on, building real products with a team that takes pride in every unit that leaves our floor. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry level Buyer to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. The Buyer will lead activities related to the procurement of goods and services, including raw materials, parts, and supplies necessary for production. This role will involve managing MRP reviews, material planning and ordering, supplier interactions, and invoice resolution to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes. Position Description: The Engineering Clerk is responsible for supporting the Engineering Department by performing clerical duties and administrative tasks to ensure data and documentation are accurately entered, maintained and controlled. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills to support the engineering team in effectively meeting deadlines. Position Responsibilities/Duties: Enter and update engineering data, including order details, part numbers, bills of materials, drawing references and revision histories into the company's ERP/MRP and document control systems. Assist in maintaining a controlled system for engineering drawings, design records and specifications. Perform routine checks and audits of engineering data in the company's ERP/MRP system to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company engineering standards and naming conventions. Provide general clerical support, including copying, scanning, and distributing documents as necessary. Assist in preparing documents for audits and certifications as needed. Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
